White Hot!

I had never really taken any notice of Marco Pierre White before I saw him on the current series of Hells Kitchen (maybe because I thought he was French!). Once you get past the all too familiar reality TV you begin to realise you are in the presence of a genius. He talks with authority and charisma, a man with passion and deeper understanding as to what he wants from the food he is cooking - "Mother Nature is the true artist" is my favourite line of his! This is Keith from EastEnders meets Picasso!!
